Mother’s day
No Comments
Mother’s day is a very special day for our mothers. For the reason that they have with all their love raised and educated us through the years of childhood.Mother’s Day is celebrated all over the world by giving gifts, cards and flowers to mothers. In most countries this day occurs between March and May, for example in the US Mother’s Day is celebrated on the second Sunday in May and in the UK on the forth Sunday after Lent.
One can make this particular day special for a mother by treating her with gifts and organise events for the whole family. There are activities that do not require a large budget such as a home cooked dinner and homemade presents. Why not make your own colourful card and get a bouquet of spring flowers from the nearest forest. Maybe even bake a cake for your precious mother.
Since Mother’s Day falls on a Sunday, why not send your mother to a nice spa for the weekend so she can be treated like queen for a couple of days with massages and facials.
Another suggestion would be to take the whole family to the local park and have a lovely picnic. Why not bring a football or a cricket racket so the whole family can enjoy this day in the outdoors.
Mothers should be made smiling everyday but this day is an extra special day so make it as beautiful as you can with mother day gifts.
